General conditions

1) Terms of booking :

At the request of reservation, we send you an optional contract valid 48H.

Your rental will be definitively confirmed after the payment of a deposit of 20% of the amount of the accommodation and the signing of the contract.The balance will be due 30 days before arrival.


2) Conditions and cancellation fees:

More than 30 days before arrival: the deposit remains acquired

From 30 to 15 days before arrival: 75% of the amount of the stay remains acquired

From 14 days before arrival: 100% of the amount of the stay remains acquired.

COVID-19 specificity: For all bookings made after 09/15/2020, cancellation will be free and at no cost if it is impossible for the holidaymaker to enjoy their stay due to Covid19 (Confinement at the place of residence or place of stay, absence of theft, ban or restriction of movement on arrival regardless of the duration). In other cases we offer a credit for 18 months.

3) Check-in / Check-out:

The stay starts at 5 pm and ends at 11 pmThe transfer from the airport to the accommodation is not included in the price. It is essential to rent a car.The arrival time and the flight number must be specified in advance for the organization of the reception of the tenants.


4) Aditionnal Costs:

End-of-stay cleaning fees are included in the rental price. The tenant agrees to return the villa in the same condition as it was rented to him. If this is not the case, a deduction of € 250 from the deposit will be made on the day of check-out.

If the customer does not wish to proceed with the cleaning, he can pay the end-of-stay cleaning option of € 250.

  • Tourist taxes of € 1.30 per day and per person over 18 years old are to be paid on the day of arrival.
  • The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. After acceptance by the owner, the provision of an additional extra bed costs € 15 / day. These costs are to be paid with the balance.


5) Deposit : 

A complete inventory of furniture, dishes and other objects will be made at the entrance.You must report any discrepancies within 24 hours.   

The contract stipulates the delivery of a CB imprint to the on-site owner after inventory and inventory.This deposit will be returned at the end of the stay after the inventory and end of stay inventory.A deposit on the deposit at the discretion of the owner may be made in case of missing objects, broken or restitution of accommodation in a state of disorder requiring additional hours of cleaning compared to those normally provided between two reservations.

In addition, the occupants must ensure the proper maintenance of the premises and return them in a good state of cleanliness.Before their departure, the tenants undertake to leave the villa in the state where they found it, dishes made, emptied bins, BBQ, oven and microwave cleaned.Failure to comply with this clause will result in a deduction from the deposit.


6) Rules of use:

Villas in Palm Villas have a capacity of 10 person maximum (6 person for the Villa Azura). An extra bed is available for 15€/day. The additional coast will be paid on the day of the arrival.

No additional occupants will be accepted without the express permission of the owner.

The tenant uses the premises as a temporary vacation home, to the exclusion of any commercial or professional use.

Any total or partial sublet is prohibited.

The tenant respects the rules of neighborhood and the normal rules of life.

Any annoying noise, caused without necessity or due to a lack of precaution, is forbidden day and night, by their intensity, their duration or their repetitive nature, whatever their origin;

After 10 pm from Monday to Saturday, Sundays and public holidays from 12h

* A tolerance is granted for January 1st, the music festival, the national holiday and the annual festival of the commune.

 Failure to comply with this clause will result in a deduction of € 500 from the deposit.

7) Affectation:

The company BGI SARL reserves the right, in case of major problem, to assign to the tenant another villa offering equivalent services, without modifying this contract or its price.


8) Responsibility:

The accommodation is provided by the owner, who undertakes to deliver it in a perfect state of cleanliness and maintenance, as described on the website. However, it cannot be responsible in case of theft, loss, accident, damage, or other problems that may occur about all tenants or their property.

Tenants are therefore invited to take out insurance.

Once the reservation has been confirmed, the provider guarantees the rental in accordance with the reservation contract.

In case of default or in case of inability to provide the service by the owner, the owner agrees to rent another villa offering at least the same qualities of service in a similar environment.


9) Nuisances caused:

The client has the obligation to ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by its fact especially around the pool.


10) Hazards

The owner cannot be held responsible for damages suffered in case of strike, cancellation of flights, or nuisance caused by events located next to the rented property such as receptions, work or other.


11) Child safety:

The villa has a pool secured by an alarm to European standards.In all cases, tenants are solely responsible for the vigilance and safety of the children accompanying them.The owner cannot be held liable in the event of an accident.


12) Jurisdiction in case of dispute:

The competent jurisdiction in case of litigation is the mixed court of Fort de France.This agreement is subject to French law.
