We loved everything about Areca palm. The pool, the view, the smell of the flowers. It was heaven. We had four small children staying with us and they fit in perfectly. A bed and a crib were provided no problem. Sandra and the staff were such amasee more

A bed and a crib were provided no problem. Sandra and the staff were such amazing people, and I miss them already! I cant say enough good things about palm villas. The pool and grill was perfect. We grilled out and swam in the pool after long days at the beach pretty much every night!! We LOVED having the hiking trail at the bottom of the culdesac. Take advantage of it, the views are spectacular. We will be coming back to Martinique again next year as we have fallen in love with this paradise and it’s warm and welcoming people!!!!

Staying at Palm villas was perfect in every way. Thirty friends, family and our kids spent 10 dreamy days in beautiful Martinique, and Palm Villas catered perfectly to our large group. We each had our own space, private pool at each villa( we rented silver palm, Areca palm and blue palm) beautiful indoor and outdoor living space with a view of the ocean. Nothing like having your morning coffee by the pool and grounds filled with fragrant tropical flowers, watching the humming birds. We loved the vauclin loop trail accessible right from our villas for a stunning morningevening walk to the ocean, to explore the beach, cliffs and mangroves. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. We required cribs and extra beds and all kind of stuff and it was waiting for us just as we asked when we arrived. The staff was there to cater to any needs that came up, and were super friendly and helpful. I would recommend a stay at Palm Villas 100%, and can’t wait to go back!!!

I stayed at the Palm Villas for a week with a group of 8 and it could not have been more perfect. The house was even more beautiful than the photos, very modern, nice kitchen and bathrooms, the best part was the patio/outdoor space. We spent most of see more
I stayed at the Palm Villas for a week with a group of 8 and it could not have been more perfect. The house was even more beautiful than the photos, very modern, nice kitchen and bathrooms, the best part was the patio/outdoor space. We spent most of our time out there grilling, sitting by the pool and enjoying the scenery. There is a small cove you can walk to but not ideal for swimming/laying out, nice to put your feet in. There are also trails to walk on with beautiful views of the ocean. Maryline was so helpful with letting us in when we arrived from the airport at night (a little tricky to navigate in the dark). She had rum and snacks waiting for us since nothing was open when we arrived. She also gave us some good tips and activities to do in Martinique. Le Vauclin has a little town with grocery store and some beach bars with water sports about a 10 minute drive from the Villas. All around very happy with our stay and cannot wait to visit again!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Areca Palm. Maryline was there to welcome us upon arrival and her introduction to the house was extremely thorough and very helpful. We appreciated that there were breakfast items stocked in our refrigerator (since we arrived too late to go to a storerestaurant) and that there were pantry staples for cooking (e.g. oil, vinegar, spices). The layout, amenities, and features of the house were all first-rate.
We thought everything was terrific and look forward to planning another stay in the future. |

Puis on apprécie le confort parfait de l'aménagement intérieur et des espaces spacieux : séjour comme cuisine (très bien équipée) et chambres avec excellente literie. La grande terrasse couverte est aménagée comme un deuxième espace de vie, avec salon et salle à manger. C'est idéal quand on a des enfants car on peut les surveiller jouant dans la piscine ! Beau et grand jardin tropical, très bien entretenu, visité par les colibris. Le charme est total, y compris dans le mobilier et les objets de décoration, sobres et de bon goût. Tout est pensé pour le confort et l'agrément dont on profite en plus dans le calme absolu d'une résidence privée et avec une belle vue mer.
