The American kitchen has all the necessary elements so that you get to know your villa better. Appliances, utensils, washing machine and dryer will be at your disposal. The kitchen is bright and opens onto the terrace.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- Tourist tax not included.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.

Very nice and comfortable accommodation with good service and beautiful garden. We were very pleased. Only two things reduced maximum comfort. It was a shared bathroom for two rooms and the nearby beach was unsuitable for swimming.

Staying at Palm villas was perfect in every way. Thirty friends, family and our kids spent 10 dreamy days in beautiful Martinique, and Palm Villas catered perfectly to our large group. We each had our own space, private pool at each villa( we rented silver palm, Areca palm and blue palm) beautiful indoor and outdoor living space with a view of the ocean. Nothing like having your morning coffee by the pool and grounds filled with fragrant tropical flowers, watching the humming birds. We loved the vauclin loop trail accessible right from our villas for a stunning morningevening walk to the ocean, to explore the beach, cliffs and mangroves. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. We required cribs and extra beds and all kind of stuff and it was waiting for us just as we asked when we arrived. The staff was there to cater to any needs that came up, and were super friendly and helpful. I would recommend a stay at Palm Villas 100%, and can’t wait to go back!!!

Tout y est pensé pour que l'on fasse un vrai break et profiter au calme d'un très bel environnement, très bien entretenu : la nature avec ses plantes, ses fleurs et ses oiseaux comme les colibris et les sucriers qui accompagnent les petits déjeuners. La piscine et ses transats sont très agréables après une bonne journée de balades ou de plage! Nous recevons à chaque fois un très bon accueil ... qui donne envie de revenir... |

Effectivement début septembre est une période creuse et nous sommes heureux que cela est contribué à votre tranquillité. Même en période de forte affluence nous veillons à ce que ce critère soit respecté. Le bain devant les villas est généralement trsee more
Effectivement début septembre est une période creuse et nous sommes heureux que cela est contribué à votre tranquillité. Même en période de forte affluence nous veillons à ce que ce critère soit respecté. Le bain devant les villas est généralement très agréable mais il peut être un peu agité à certaines périodes de forts vents. Toutefois vous pouvez profiter des baignades environnantes qui sont plus abritées : Petite Grenade, Pointe Faula ou Macabou. Merci pour vos commentaires. En espérant vous revoir aux Palm Villas.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux en Martinique et la location était parfaite. Notre villa avec vue sur mer au Vauclin etait idéalement située, même si la 1ère fois on est surpris par ce chemin à emprunter, mais au bout c’est le paradis (site sésee more
Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux en Martinique et la location était parfaite. Notre villa avec vue sur mer au Vauclin etait idéalement située, même si la 1ère fois on est surpris par ce chemin à emprunter, mais au bout c’est le paradis (site sécurisé, propre, fonctionnel…). Ensuite nous étions 4 couples nous ne nous sommes jamais gênés, il y a beaucoup d’espace. la villa est très bien équipée on ne manque de rien. on a bien le sentiment d’une prestation de haute qualité et ce dès qu’on arrive. Le linge de maison est changé chaque semaine. Le Vauclin est un peu à l’écart, mais en fait on a bien aimé car nous préférons être en dehors de la foule pour la location et ensuite il est facile de rayonner en voiture, les distances sont courtes et les routes sont belles.
